Spontaneous Storytelling

Spontaneous Storytelling, was held on June 19 & 20, 2004, at The Wellness Institute in Issaquah, Washington. The workshop focused on exploring collective and personal stories for reflection, insight, and developing new skills. By working with images, ritual, and personal storytelling, we were able to create a safe space to explore the stories that touch us at our cores. Participants explored how the body and movement are rich resources for discovering and working with spontaneity and story.
I was pleased to bring some excellent professionals to work with me. The co-presenters were Randy Dixon, Director of the Unexpected Productions Theater in Pike Place Market, Kristen Wheeler dance & movement therapist, and myself.
See what Randy, Kristen and I have to say about our past work, and experience, and what was to be expected for this workshop.
