"Benevolence alone will not make a teacher, nor will learning alone do it. The gift of teaching is a peculiar talent, and implies a need and a craving in the teacher himself." John Jay Chapman, |

| On October 4 & 5, 2002, I sponsored the Inner Child Workshop with Ron Luyet, noted expert and speaker in this work. Like my upcoming workshop, Spontaneous Storytelling, this event took place at the Wellness Institute in Issaquah. We included 3 meals and two nights lodging in the package and were happy to bring our swimsuits and use the hot tub after each days events. For a more detailed synopsis of what we covered, see Ron's introduction. About Ron Luyet: Ron Luyet is a Managing Partner of BCon-WSA International and a long time associate with Barton/White. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies for over 25 years, focusing in the areas of authentic leadership, high performance work teams, and conflict resolution. He is a highly skilled master group facilitator whose classic instruction came from such group dynamics pioneers as Carl Rogers and Will Schutz. Ron worked closely with Dr. Schutz in the design of The Human Element®, an integrated series of modules which focus on creating climates of trust and collaboration within the workplace. Ron is co-founder of the Institute for Personal Change in San Francisco. Ron and his group work are described in his book co-authored by Marion Pastor, Ph.D. titled “Where Freedom Begins.”
